Code of Conduct

The WASPA Code of Conduct was formally adopted by WASPA on 30 June 2005, and has been revised several times since then.

Handling time for complaints

Please note that the WASPA complaints secretariat attends to all complaints lodged via this web site as soon as possible, but owing to large volumes of complaints and queries at certain times of each month, we cannot guarantee a specific turn-around time in providing you with an answer to your complaint or query.

Note additionally that because of large volumes, any complaints, queries and unsubscribe requests for unwanted commercial SMSs or subscription service billings lodged through any of the South African Mobile Network Operators may take a little longer than usual to respond to.
