Biography:
My name is Haneet Arora, and I am a Telecom professional working in the Mobile Value-added space with more than 18+ years of experience in handling Service delivery, Content monetization, SDP platforms, Business development, P&L and Account manag“ement.
I have graduated from the Mumbai University in the field of commerce and have completed my Post grad in Human resources and have a Six Sigma Black belt as well.
I’ve worked with Vodafone for 7+ years in the M-VAS space where I started off handling quality control , content management for VAS and eventually handling business where I could work directly with the Group level colleagues.
I am currently the Co-Owner of Adx Digital a Singapore based company and a member of WASPA.
Being connected with Technology since the very beginning of my career, I truly believed the fact that unless Technology is delivered in its simplest form as an application to the end user, its acceptability goes for a toss. Hence as a product enthusiast my endeavor has always been to make sure that the end user profiling is truly kept in mind while designing any service/product for greater uptake.
