Airports are transitioning into digital businesses. STS implemented the Airports Mobile Application as one of the solutions that will fulfill its vision of becoming a digitised airport. Furthermore, the Mobile Application is a response to COVID-19 in enabling passengers and customers to utilise airport services and facilities in a contactless manner. The Mobile App enable ACSA to reach the standards of world class airports, grow the non-aeronautical revenue and improve customer experience.
