Biography:
A co-founder member and majority shareholder of TIC IT Telecoms, Iman has over 15 years’ experience in the telecoms sector. She has held various roles in renowned organisations such as MTN, Accenture and Vodacom amongst others Her extensive skills sets include areas such as Business Intelligence (BI), Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Customer
Value Management (CVM), Billing Assurance, Mobile Applications and Business Management Consulting.
Iman has an excellent affinity for detail and new technologies coupled with a strong passion for developing people around her.

Motivation:
Iman has co-founded TIC-IT Telecoms and has been running as a CEO from 2016 until to date. She has a strong background of Telecommunication Services primarily in the VAS area to which she has held several positions during her tenure as an employee at both MTN and Vodacom.
Iman Malaka as an entrepreneur is passionate about the development and uplifting of SME in the ICT Sector for the benefits of the consumer within the content and digital marketing space.
She possesses a high-level business acumen from Operations, Finances, Sales and Marketing. She understands the VAS landscape and the business dynamics for the SME in the Telecommunications industries. She is a strategic thinker and good negotiator. Her experience will contribute immensely to WASPA in various fronts and as an all rounder she can be a perfect fit in any role.
On social development and contribution, she is a director and a founder of the TIC-IT Foundation whose aim is to contribute to the development of the less unfortunate with its primary focus on sports and education and training.
She finds pleasure in public speaking and acted in various positions as a judge. She was nominated as runner up by MTN as Woman Business of the year. I believe Iman participation in the WASPA board will assist WASPA in achieving its objective.
